Water is first run through a sediment filter removing rust, dirt, and solid debris.  Next it travels through a Carbon Block pre-filter removing foul tastes and chemicals before entering the Membrane.  Once the water enters the Reverse Osmosis Membrane it is forced through trapping contaminants such as salts, heavy metals, and many other harmful contaminants.  The water is then stored in a pressure tank.  Lastly it travels through a post carbon filter for a final polish on the water before you drink it.
